All custom and personalized orders are made to order. Therefore, all sales are FINAL.

At 100 Percent Printz, every order is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns & Exchanges

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges or cancellations once production has begin

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if the error was ours we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

* Uploading High Quality artwork

*Reviewing all spelling, colors, sizing, and design details before submitting an order.

*Providing the correct shipping address.

100 Percent Printz is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer after the order approval.

Color & Print Variations

Due to difference in monitor settings, garment materials, and printing processes, slight color variations may occur and are not considered defects.
